Fashion according to me should be affordable and comfortable.Though at times you can’t do anything to avoid those high heels or that heavy bag,you should always take care and follow certain precautions in your daily life.
Heavy and oversized bags ,computer bags,even dog carriers with a 10-pound pooch inside- all these can cause back pain. Girls usually carry a lot in their bags which seem like small things but together they amount to a lot of weight.Carrying this bag for a prolonged period of time can lead to muscle spasm,neck pain,back pain,shoulder pain radiating to the arms,even headache.
To avoid carrying such heavy weights on one side ,you can divide the items and carry 2 bags.Or you can go for cross-body bag.Give your self small periods of rest by putting the bags down and relaxing your shoulder.Do shoulder exercises for 10 min and relax your shoulders.
Men carry thick wallets in their back pockets,which is the worst place for a wallet.Avoid carrying things in your back pocket.Sitting on a thick wallet is the most common cause of sciatica.This compresses sciatic nerve which in turn leads to back pain,numbness and tingling in the legs.
The piriformis muscle near your glutes may also become aggravated, which can irritate the nerve and trigger lower back and sciatic pain.

Body weight- slim people have a significantly lower risk of developing metatarsalgia. Try to maintain a healthy bodyweight.
Skinny jeans can cause nerve damage.
So let your legs breathe at times and do not wear too tight denims.
